Strength.
For the days you’re tired of carrying it: strength to keep going.
- 01
“I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.”
Philippians 4:13Paul wrote this about being content whether he was hungry or full. It isn’t a promise to win everything. It’s Christ carrying you through anything.
Live it: Name the hardest thing in front of you today, say this verse, and walk straight into it.
- 02
“Have I not commanded you to be strong and courageous? Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.””
Joshua 1:9God told Joshua this as he stepped into Moses’ place. Courage isn’t the absence of fear. It’s moving forward because God goes with you.
Live it: Do the thing you’ve been afraid to do. The conversation, the application, the first step. Today.
- 03
“But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfected in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly in my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest on me.”
2 Corinthians 12:9Paul begged God three times to take a struggle away. God didn’t remove it. He gave grace to carry it and showed His power through it.
Live it: Be honest with God about where you’re weak, then ask Him to show up right there. That’s where His power lives.
- 04
“Let us not grow weary in well-doing, for in due time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
Galatians 6:9A harvest comes in its season, not the day you plant. The promise is for the ones who don’t quit.
Live it: Go back to the thing you almost quit on this week, and do one piece of it today. Keep planting.
- 05
“He gives power to the faint and increases the strength of the weak.”
Isaiah 40:29God’s strength goes to the tired and the weak, not to the ones who feel strong.
Live it: Admit where you’re worn out, then ask God for strength for the next step only. Just the next one.
- 06
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in times of trouble.”
Psalm 46:1An ever-present help means God isn’t on His way. He’s already there in the trouble with you.
Live it: When trouble hits today, pause and say it out loud: “God, You’re already here.” Then move.
- 07
“Then Nehemiah told them, “Go and eat what is rich, drink what is sweet, and send out portions to those who have nothing prepared, since today is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the LORD is your strength.””
Nehemiah 8:10Nehemiah told a weeping crowd to celebrate. Joy rooted in God, not in circumstances, is what holds you up.
Live it: Thank God out loud today right in the middle of the pressure. Joy is a weapon. Use it.
- 08
“Be strong and courageous; do not be afraid or terrified of them, for it is the LORD your God who goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you.””
Deuteronomy 31:6Moses spoke this to a nation about to face giants. Courage comes from God’s presence, not your size.
Live it: Face one giant today: the bill, the call, the conversation. You don’t walk in alone.
- 09
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.”
2 Timothy 1:7Paul reminds a young leader that God didn’t give him a spirit of fear but of power, love and a sound mind. Fear isn’t from God.
Live it: Name the fear that’s been holding you back, and do one thing today that it told you not to do.
- 10
“It is God who arms me with strength and makes my way clear.”
Psalm 18:32David credits God with arming him with strength and making his way secure. Strength is something God gives.
Live it: Before the hardest part of your day, ask God to arm you. Then walk in like it’s done.
- 11
“No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.”
Romans 8:37Paul lists trouble, hardship, danger and sword, then says in all these things we are more than conquerors through Christ.
Live it: Look at the hardest thing in front of you and say it out loud: I’m more than a conqueror through Christ.
- 12
“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you go through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be scorched; the flames will not set you ablaze.”
Isaiah 43:2God doesn’t promise you won’t go through deep waters. He promises He’ll be with you in them, and they won’t sweep you away.
Live it: Whatever you’re walking through, remind yourself today: through, not under.
- 13
“The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart rejoices, and I give thanks to Him with my song.”
Psalm 28:7David calls the Lord his strength and shield. He trusted, and he was helped, and his heart rejoiced.
Live it: Before the hard moment today, say: “The Lord is my strength and my shield.”
- 14
“GOD the Lord is my strength; He makes my feet like those of a deer; He makes me walk upon the heights!”
Habakkuk 3:19The Lord makes my feet like the feet of a deer and lets me walk on the heights. God gives footing for hard places.
Live it: Take one step today on ground that feels too steep.
- 15
“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power.”
Ephesians 6:10Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. The strength isn’t yours. It’s His, working in you.
Live it: Before the fight today, borrow His strength out loud: “I’m strong in the Lord.”
- 16
“Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. For the LORD GOD is my strength and my song, and He also has become my salvation.””
Isaiah 12:2God is my salvation. I will trust and not be afraid, because the Lord is my strength and my song.
Live it: Put on a worship song today in the middle of the pressure.
- 17
“The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still.””
Exodus 14:14Moses told Israel, trapped at the sea, that the Lord would fight for them and they only needed to be still.
Live it: Pick one battle today and hand it to God instead of fighting it in your own strength.
- 18
“Be on the alert. Stand firm in the faith. Be men of courage. Be strong.”
1 Corinthians 16:13Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, be courageous, be strong. Paul’s charge is short and direct.
Live it: Stand firm today in one place where you’ve been tempted to back down.
- 19
“Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him.”
James 1:12Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial, because they will receive the crown of life. Endurance is rewarded.

- 21
“Do not gloat over me, my enemy! Though I have fallen, I will arise; though I sit in darkness, the LORD will be my light.”

Live it: If you fell this week, get back up today. Take the next right step.
- 22
“For though a righteous man may fall seven times, he still gets up; but the wicked stumble in bad times.”
Proverbs 24:16The righteous fall seven times and rise again. What defines you is getting back up.
Live it: Name where you fell short and rise again today.
- 23
“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off every encumbrance and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with endurance the race set out for us.”
Hebrews 12:1Lay aside every weight and run with endurance the race set before you. Some things have to go for you to run.
Live it: Drop one weight this week that’s slowing you down.
- 24
“We are hard pressed on all sides, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed.”
2 Corinthians 4:8-9Paul was hard-pressed but not crushed, perplexed but not in despair, struck down but not destroyed.
Live it: Say it over your situation today: pressed, but not crushed.
- 25
“So he said to me, “This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the LORD of Hosts.”
Zechariah 4:6Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the Lord. Real strength comes from God’s Spirit, not your own push.
Live it: Ask the Holy Spirit to do through you today what you can’t do alone.
- 26

Live it: When you’re alone in the hard place today, strengthen yourself in God: worship, pray, remember.
- 28
“But now be strong, O Zerubbabel, declares the LORD. Be strong, O Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest. And be strong, all you people of the land, declares the LORD. Work! For I am with you, declares the LORD of Hosts.”
Haggai 2:4God told His discouraged people to be strong and work, because He was with them.
Live it: Get back to the work today. God is with you in it.
- 29
“Not only that, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.”
Romans 5:3-4Suffering produces endurance, endurance produces character, and character produces hope. Nothing you go through is wasted.
Live it: Ask God today what He’s building in you through this season.
- 30

Isaiah 54:17No weapon formed against you will prosper. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants.
Live it: Name what’s coming against you, and declare this verse over it.
